The only time I mind is when their engine fan squeals when it engages.

Not when the weather is like this!

If it's 50 degrees, I'll move if there are other spots open.

To each their own...I hate when a trainer tries to do a full brake check with his student right next to me

When you pull a reefer, you could sleep through a 40 piece orchestra.

Idiling isn't as bad as those dang Reefers especially the ones that start up, rev up, then shut down every 15 min.

Doesn't bother me a bit either, I was in Arizona a couple of weeks ago and the temperature was great, everyone was idiling, which I thought was odd. But the guy 5 spots down with the extremely high idle was louder than the trucks on each side of me

The noise of other trucks/reefers or my truck's APU actually helps me sleep a little better since I like to have a bit of light noise in the background. I can't sleep when it's too quiet or my ears ring and it drives me insane. Even if it did bother me, I'd suck it up since it'd be pretty selfish to make every other truck in a 100+ spot truck stop shut down and sacrifice their own comfort just for ME, ME, ME.
