well so far school here at the strafford, is going great. i have had no problem with any of the instructors at this campus, they are all good guys. so all of the people that have complained about how they are jerks and that you dont learn anything from them, maybe you should look at yourself instead of blaming others for your mistakes. my class and i have been told many and many of times, that if we are willing to listen and learn they are willing to teach us how to get our CDL's.. but in all and all they is a great school..

I have a question. With the company CDL schools,.. you have lodging. When you go to C1,...am i to assume you have to find your own lodging? It's not like Springfield only people go there. I can't imagine paying for a motel for 3-4 weeks.

I did find out the lodging is $400 extra. You share a room with another student unless you want to pay $800. It's 3 weeks long. I believe the Econolodge motel is used. If i go, it's going to be with a WIOA grant thru Missouri job service. They also cover the lodging with that. I may have to get a bus ticket though. Anybody else here gone or going thru the Springfield C1 CDL school?
