My advice would be to take your test at a different DMV office. You are making it harder on yourself by going there because of the traffic factor. You can go to other DMV offices. I live in mantua NJ and took mine in Winslow twp. because there is hardly any traffic out there. That was a suggestion by the trucking school I went to. I think you might be able to take it in Salem too. I'm sure you know the difference between cherry hill traffic and winslow/salem. Not to mention the turns will probably be harder up there. Make it easy on yourself.

Well let me fix what I said. I took my test 20 years ago. They did back then. When I took mine there it was a easy place to do it. I did the pre trip and backing part in the dmv yard and then if I remember correctly we came out of the dmv. Made a right went down the road just a bit, made another right ( this is where I choked and couldn't get in gear and came to a complete stop) went around one block and back to the DMV. All with hardly any traffic and easy turns. And even though I choked and couldn't get it into gear I still passed.i kinda wish they didn't pass me because I never really got much shifting training in school and to this day still can't shift a truck transmission worth a dam. And it cost me a good job once with a dump truck company (SEI). He would have hired me if I could shift. I blew that driving test too. Now I'm a plumber. Lol

Well I live in Winslow and I know exactly where that dmv is but I think they only do inspections now but i will look into it just in case.... I tried to be a plumber/pipe fitter in 322... I'm on the waiting list but it's been almost 2 years so I doubt I'll be able to get in...so now I figured I'll get my cdl and get into a good company

Yea I wouldn't count on getting into that. I've been doing plumbing for over 10 years and have tried many times to get into 322. They don't have a lot of work these days. Lots of thier guys are sitting on the bench.
