    Yes of course they have changed their ways. They have come up with new and more innovative ways of getting newbies to driver their trucks for free.

    Yes they're taking more money from the drivers. Also Prime is not a bad company to start with they pay $600/week guaranteed if you run hard can be more.

    Cr England = bad idea. Normally I'd recommend central ref. but we are officially swift employees now. So not sure how the training has changed.

    I have been with CRE almost 2 years. I got a local job paying about $800-1100/week for a 45-55 hour week. Next month I'll be getting about a $400/month raise. I think I am fairly compensated for my level of experience. I expect to find something better eventually but for now it's alright.
