Utah is a bit more open than NYC. Utah, Montana, Nevada, even parts of Cali you may go 30 minutes without seeing another person. Not like NYC where you can throw a rock and hit 83 people. And that's a bad throw at that.

Guess those Mormons want to hurry up and get to hell. . .Or SLC. . .(is there a difference?)
Personally, I think the majority of people are not able to control their vehicle much over 65. In UTAH, most people here, can't control their vehicle over 25. . .
But it's OK, because Utah is one of the toughest states on Alcoholic Beverages. And just look at what it has brought us! There is NO alcoholism in Utah. There are NO drunk drivers in Utah. There are NO alcohol related domestic violence cases in Utah.
And there is no TRUTH in Utah. . .
(Just last week we had a LIEuTENANT of the Washington County Sheriff's Office arrested for DUI. AFTER rolling his county truck while off duty. With his four kids with him.)http://www.stgeorgeutah.com/news/ar...ty-sheriffs-lieutenant-arrested-dui-rollover/5190 and joseph1135 Thank this. -

-
oh yeah, love them speeds!

When Texas upped the speed limit to 80, I said I t wouldn't mean people would drive faster, just meant their speeding tickets will be lower

I lived in Utah for five years. Cops doing 75+ on I15 passing people, while texting. Driving instructors lounging in the passenger seat with feet on the dash texting with a car full of kids. Multiple chances to get a license with an open book test. Stupid 3.2% beer. Oh well, I got mine on base.
Love and hate that state. Open carried a Glock 21SF for a long time and got nothing but smiles and comments from gas station attendants like "please, shoot me, I'm ready for this shift to be over!" lol...
