Yeah, bet the old man curses up a storm every time he has to write that check. Was going to say the fuel in Anna, TX is 3.59 but I see they got greedy and raised it to 3.75. Guess I won't be getting fuel there in the morning!

LOVE is a 4 letter word that GOD invented to worry the crap out of a man.

Now I know why I worry so much when the wife does something screwy with my (sorry, our) money!:biggrin_25513: Well after 14 1/2 years of marriage, (we've actually been together since November of 1995 and we're high schools sweethearts, both band members), I guess there a reason I stick around. Maybe that song has something to do with it, Cheaper to keep her!

    Random thought:

I hate drop/hook. I'd rather be live load/unload 100% as long as I had a reliable trailer. Drop/hook is too unpredictable. You never know what kind of screwed up mess you're inheriting when you swap trailers, and it sucks having to fix somebody else's problems.

Yeah gotta love how some drivers won't fix things on trailers like that. That is one thing that has always made me mad with other drivers. Would like to beat the snot out of some drivers when they drop a trailer with a couple of bad tires or some lights out that they could have had fixed while they had it or at least notified break down about the issue. But thankfully I haven't had that happen here yet. Though I know it will.

Amen to that! I agree with you a million time over. You sound like me, that's why I wanted a new truck. I didn't get it, but I myself don't like inheriting crap. Truck or Trailer!

There was no way I was going to pay for a '12 with 300k + miles on it. For the kind of money we're putting out, I wanted a new truck so it would still have resale value when it was paid off because I plan on unloading it asap to help me buy a 780.

I will say this, who ever gets L2450 next will get a clean truck. I cleaned the crap out of that sucker. I even got the surging problem fixed and the 2 other problems that FLT said was wrong with it and took for ever to fix. Outside needs a bath but overall she was a good truck!

I took a '12 with 480k on it. It was temp because I wanted a new Evo and planned to ditch in 90 days. As I said I didn't get a brand new evo but I did get my evo. I just got to get 2450 back to the yard and pick up 2747 with 105k on her! Got them now working the bugs out and putting the game warden approved deer hunting device for the front. Later, LED lights!

My plan is about the same, pay it off, sell it, lease a new one.

On another note, I'm watching this esurance commercial. Can anyone tell me how to rewind a DVD? I don't want Redbox to charge me a rewind fee like Blockbuster used to do!

Not by choice, I just go where they send me. Once I get this ac issue and apparent egr issue fixed, I want to hit coast to coast. More miles that way!

    :yes2557:

Thats it! Just rub my nose in it!!!
