I am being lazy so forgive me. Instead of figuring it out my self, I am asking.

I have a laptop which I have set up as part of a wireless network in my house. I want to take that laptop with me OTR. I have a Verizon Verizon Jetpack™ 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot 89O

I want to be able to use both my printer in my truck and the one in my house. They are HP 7520s. What do I need in the truck. Do I need some kind of a router?

Explain using small words as I am 57. Thanks.

you need to download/buy a software program to send "commands"to the printers..once its installed you just click print..

With your laptop in the truck and the mobile hotspot running (and away from your home network) you should simply be able to setup your printer (wireless mode) the same you did at home, and the computer should recognize the 2 different networks and understand the different IP addresses of the printers as the laptop moves from one network to the other.

Make sure you name the printers something that won't make it hard to know which one you're trying to print to such as "Truck HP" and "Home HP". You'll probably need to change the "Default Printer" as you move between Home and Truck so you're not in the truck and the laptop is wanting to default to print to your home printer (and it will spend a good deal of time trying to find it if that's the printer you're still trying to print to)

+1 to what this poster said if I'm understanding you correctly.

If you're wanting to be able to print stuff off remotely (back at your house) using the internet to access your printer while out in your truck.... This link gives a few different options. http://www.howtogeek.com/168769/4-easy-ways-to-remotely-print-over-the-network-or-internet/
