Why is the police officer carrying a flag to honor the unnameable victim of the police department while the wreck remains behind him... Where is he going with that flag?

They are already saying the trucker may have lost His breaks. its always the truckers fault!

It is never the cops fault. You should see what goes on when one of there motor cycles goes down. They commonly split traffic in the carpool lane and drive on the dots at above freeway speeds.
