It's about time these suits are filed, companies have taken advantage of drivers for entirely too long. Hopefully it will send a message to the rest of the industry to straighten up and fly right.

 

Wonder when Swift will get on their list?

 

If you sign up, you better hope the law firm wins the case or you may end up owing legal fees to the law firm.

 

There are quite a few more they are targeting for the same thing. It will most likely end up, if won, in the future hrs will be paid a lot differently than they are now. Could you see students being paid 70 hrs plus, put up in a motel at night maybe to keep the hours down.

Deadline for signing onto the lawsuit was January 31, 2014.

Basically suing CR England for trainees not even making minimum wage.
