to me the truck stop juice is very harsh and actually chokes me with a ton less vape, the shop I go to makes theirs as well and I can tell them how much nic to add and stuff and the flavors are great, I have 2 flavors of the top shelf stuff right now and plan to get me a couple more bottles in the next week. I have thought about looking into making my own too and buy a larger quantity of everything. I also might get a protank bottom feed tank to try out. I can clearly say you cant go wrong with innokin products though and I love my mvp since it hits hard and the battery last for days and it has an led screen where you can adjust the voltage and it keeps count of vapes.

Congrat's!! Now all you have to do is break the nicotine addiction. which with those electronic cig's is easier, you can slowly reduce the amount of nicotine in the ecig and keep reducing everything til you completely quit.

I quit a 25 yr pack a day habit cold turkey...well with a wee bit of help from the fact that I had a sinus infection from allergies and then got H.A.P on a trip from CO to Or. Meaning I really couldn't smoke and I was sick enough Mr Niquil was my best friend....the whole trip past WY was a big painful blur. I got over the withdrawls before I got over the sinus infection. spring-ish last year, Stuff was blooming in Or but on the way back we got caught in a blizzard in Cheyenne. Haven't had a smoke since, don't want one.

yeah I have smoked for 17 years and was smoking a pack or more while on the road, while at home I would only smoke a couple cigs a day but in that truck....
but yeah the ecig way is easier, I know another driver on my fleet who began with 30mg nic and he told me the other day he is now down to 8 or so in his juice, right now im at 24mg myself.

It's a tough habit/addiction to break. The only method that worked for me was cold turkey. Three packs a day every day. That first two weeks was hard. After quitting I dreamed about smoking for years.

Hats off to anyone trying to quit. For many years I smoked a pack/day. I've been truckin 2 yrs now and noticed I've gradually gone up to 2/day. This is my 4th attempt this yr to quit. Tomorrow at 3:00 pm will be 7 days. I've tried patches, gum, inhalers, and ecigs over the years. I'm convinced cold turkey is the best way. Of course, I've noticed my cursing has increased the past 7 days though.

I had a coughing spell that lasted about 3 months. Doctor said my lungs were cleansing themselves & I believed him because it was messy. Sure could breath better though after the coughing spell ended.

Youre assuming I want to quit nicotine. I can get all the nicotine goodness that I want without the tar and other carcinogens. I happen to enjoy nicotine.
