    They want a minimum of 3wks out. You get one day for each week out. Don't want you to take more than 3 days off at a time. More than 3 days, have to turn in truck & get another reassigned after. Your mention of 4/5wks out would fit well.I just don't take the time off. No obligations, like you. If I do take off, I'll try to get a load to someplace I'm interested in. ;)

    Oh yeah, Heard a lot of good things about Roehl, also. I had narrowed my decision down to Prime & Roehl. Prime happened to beat them to the punch with quicker responses. Have had no regrets at all.

    Does anyone know if im in florida would i have to take everything over again

    OTE=silenteagle;2960033]SPECIAL NOTE TO ILLINOIS RESIDENTS!!!

    It would be in your best interest to get your CDL permit in IL. It would also be in your best interest to be sure to take your CDL hands on in IL as well. Most PSD instructors should know this, and should be willing to take you there to test.

    If you test at Prime SpriMo you will have to go back to your state and retake ALL of the tests all over again. This means all of the tests for your regular license, the CDL permit written tests, and the CDL hands on tests in Illinois. They don't play well with the rest of us states, and my last TnT student fell into this situation. It is much easier to just get everything done in your home state.

    Not sure if Massachusetts is like this: Anyone???? Buehler????[/QUOTE]

    hmmm. Since he said "Illinois residents," I would think that did not include Florida. If you are a "snow bird" I guess it might apply.

    The reason I'm leaning towards prime is roehl is 21 out 7 home slip seating only 13 days of training prime you get your own truck 8 weeks trainingIII i think new drivers should get more than 13 days of. Training

    Actually, you can keep the truck at home with you a maximum of 4 days, but you have to stay out 4 weeks. how do I know you ask? because I been doing it ever since I went solo in may 2013, and I am a company driver.

    How long does it usually take once you send in a application for them to do a background check and review...? I've already talked to a recruiter but when should I start to worry if I don't hear anything after a follow up phone call from last Thursday..?
