What exactly have you had go wrong with them? I've had the same 2 units for probably 2 years and not one problem with them. 2 different models- a 520 and a t7c unit and both work flawless. Haven't had the 520 for quite 2 years.

mattbnr- The TND 710 kept freezing-up so I worked with RM and sent that back to be repaired... so I bought a 720. That has worked good since I bought it last year (2/21/13) but started to develop problems a few weeks back. It began after a message "The map you are using is over one year old" and escalated into freezing-up and the the map faded away to a black screen with various colored vertical bars. The reset button would do little more than going back and doing the same process again. Then, a high pitch tone/alarm came out of it twice. As the RM website suggested, I ran it through the Diagnostic & Repair function, but it's still not working right... so I hope to call RM today.

In the meantime, I have decided to buy a new model- the 720 LM. So far, it functions OK but the electrical supply cord won't stay in my truck's outlet... the vibration seems to giggle it out within 5 minutes of being pushed in. I've noticed comments from other drivers with this same issue... BUT these issues with RM units is beyond frustrating and getting very expensive. Do you have any suggestions?

Welcome back Mark. Yes I did. It found one issue, repaired it but it didn't fix my sound. Now when I run it, it says "No issues found".

    Really what?

I moved the post up from the bottom.

If you have issues then calmly post what the issues are. Try to keep it to the facts and not an 4 page rant.

    thanks,
    Mark

DieselBoss has the pin out... if it connects via RCA they have the adapter.

    Thanks,
