Well rolled out of the house yesterday and sitting in Tallulah, LA tonight with an evening delivery in Waco tomorrow before rolling back to GP. About 1550 miles for an easy 3 day jaunt. No call this afternoon for a Saturday outbound, hoping to not be too far down the board as I put my name on the list Tuesday afternoon.

Things look like they are moving along fine with the house closing. Now all I have to do is convince the wife to get in gear getting stuff packed up for the move. Things moving along well in all directions at the moment. Just polishing off a perfectly grilled pork steak and perhaps going to sit up tonight for the meteor shower.

Hmmm, I use the Sputnik app to show me when a satellite is going to pass over me. It works great if I'm awake at the time

If you are just passing thru GP under a load, and are not doing a 900 same, this means you will need to request a "Continuation". Under a Continuation you will not be asked for your mileage, and therefore you will not be put out of service for a PM.

Things could be worse. Was in line getting my coffee this morning. A FedEx driver was there waiting on his co-driver that he accidentally left in Ocala...and we were in Valdosta. Apparently his co-driver got out while they were at a fuel stop and he didn't realize it until he called. The guy had to catch a ride with another FedEx truck...To quote Homer Simpson.....DOOOHHHHHH

Joe...I see you're an Amish computer repairman...I am a certified Amish electrician...perhaps we should start a business...I smell a reality show...if people believe the Amish have a mafia...they'd believe anything

Well snagged a 4 stopper out to Phoenix (all delivering there and Buckeye) and then heading up to PW for an OB on Wednesday morning. Good running and a chance to rejuvenate my mind with some time under the stars out west.
