Have a 2004 W900 with a bxs cat in it and it has started to do something weird with the boost. In a pull or grade everything is fine but when we get on the flat ground and want to maintain 1200-1500 rpm the boost will pulse from 10-40 psi. Not all the time but it has started to more recently. Anyone else ever had this happen? No check engine light
Thanks

Mine.is.doing.the same thing .It will sit at 30 -35 for a while then it will go back to 40-45

I found out mine was a faulty TPS. Take your off and see if dirt or grime has gotten in it. I was able to clean mine and put it back on work great now.

Whats a TPS and were is.it located on the engine? I need to try it.

It is the Throttle Positioning Sensor and it is mounted on the bottom the the throttle pedal. It is a little square box with 3 or 4 screws holding it on. Take those screws out and it will pop right off.
razor1983 Thanks this.
