Well they call them T-Calls but I got a split and swap. Got about 400 miles done and they wanted me to swap with a driver who is going home for home time in NC. This loads going there so no problem. Taking his load to Georgia so it's nothing I can complain about. Dispatcher said it would also be easier to get a better load out that way so whatever works for him makes me happy cause he'll keep me happy. Just sitting here in petro off 81 waiting for him to show up. Debating on still going driving cause I made good time have 3:45 left on the clock. Hopefully it delivers Thursday so I can stay here and spoil myself with the breakfast buffet hahahaha! Been about 2 months since I've eaten out of a truck stop. New fridge and microwave are doing the truck. Ah well it's been a good day! Stay safe!!

Started the day with a head light out I found during my pre trip. Got it fixed and did about 478 miles out of the 710 left of the swap. Heading out at 5 am so I can get there for 9-11am and then get my next load. Been to this place before most likely dropping this trailer and taking an empty to get live loaded. Stay safe!

Dropped the load at about 11am. During me sending in my trip sheet through the in can scanner I was assigned a load from the drop yard out side of Atlanta to Columbus Ohio. 650 miles. Made it to just short of KY will finish tomorrow. Had a good week best one yet so big check and hopefully my weekend load is 5-1000 miles. Stay safe!

Well today I did my pre-trip and found a coolant leak in the hose. Also headlights been acting up had all new bulbs in still won't turn on. Here at the Kenworth dealer in Knoxville,TN. Stay tuned and Stay safe.

    *Update*

Just got in the shop so it will take a little while from here they have been busy. Anyways new appointment time is for the morning and I already got pre planned out of Napoleon on a Campbell's soup pre loaded trailer. 750 miles. Great week this week for runs and miles. Keep y'all posted on the weekend. Stay Safe

Home time was good. Been a little bit since I've given an update but I think I'll start doing a weekly post instead of day by day now.

Last 18 hours of home time and I'll be taking off tomorrow about 8:00am. They called and tried getting me out of the house early. I did that last time and came out a day early but this time I wanted my four full days. Not sure but if I had to guess I'll be going to Springfield,MA to get a load that either goes south or west to Wisconsin. I'll keep you all up dated. It's still going great here couldn't ask for anything. You guys all stay safe!

This week was a bummer. Nothing to do with the company. I got my first ticket. Pretty ashamed of my self. Got a ticket for being in the wrong lane even know i had to be in that lane. See it was a triple and I was in the middle. The slow lane was coming to an end and was going to be a double lane. There was a car that wasn't going to slow down and fade behind me so I went into the fast lane. I couldn't fade back because the car I could tell was going to try and sneak up in front of me from the middle of my trailer. I tried to explain to the DOT officer but he didn't want to hear it. 8 months of driving and a ticket already. He stated it wouldn't go on my CSA but I think it will. He also did an inspection and nothing was wrong but he put that on as a violation. So unfair but I guess that is how it works. Told my company. I guess I'm going to being it to court and see what happens with "Open Road"

other er then that I got 1800 miles because I came back on on Thursday. Stay safe happy Easter

The original poster in this thread has stated that he is receiving recruiting bonus money for drivers that he recruits for this company. That commercial intent - the possibility of being paid for making the company attractive enough for you to sign up - is considered the same as advertising. This is a clear violation of our forum rules as outlined by BHW here:

    http://www.thetruckersreport.com/tr...475-recruiting-on-ttr-our-policy-defined.html

We've deleted the post in question, and members should be aware of the possible financial conflict of interest that the OP has in making this company look good.
