What is the Max speed limit you can go over on an interstate?

75 on most rural highways

80 on certain stretches of Interstate 10 and 20.

One toll road posted at 85.

 

Then you change it in the ECM. There is a setting for tire RPM (revolutions per mile). LoPro 22.5 is 512. Tall is close to 505. Whoever sold you the tires will have the chart. It's available on line as well.

You can mess with the speedometer by changing the parameters slightly, but remember this changes the odometer as well. And the tread depth changes the speedometer as the tires wear.

Back in the day it was not us against them attitude like today. If or when I did a get pulled over I asked my self what can I do to get out of a ticket? The answer was to wait and see. I hd to see what kind of attitude the officer had, some I would rather take aticket from instead of the professional butt chewing. some were very good at that.
I have got out of tickets telling jokes they hadn't heard before, i got pulled over in MO for exceeding the speed lime by a lot. I claimed to have a very up set stomach and used a half roll of T paper behind buses under the fence.. He understood my predicament and offered me some Pepto Bismol. Of course I had to take it. So I glugged some down. didn't taste too bad kind of minty. Did not have to go #2 for 3 days , Did not get a ticket.
I used to go down the road thinking of things like this for a just in case situation arises. Yhat one was a spur of the moment idea. . Today is not the fun times like it used to be. I can remember how we ran front door and rockin chair and the toilet paper position. Just cleaning up the rear. I use to run my Pete with a couple of Monforts drivers. No trouble keeping up.
