After unloading in San Diego this morning picked up 10 miles away going to JBS in Tolleson, AZ for tomorrow morning.

This is lightest load yet, 1 whole pallet weighing in at 1200 lbs. SWEET...

Wow, a whole 1200 lbs. You might be overweight. LOL. At least you will get great fuel mileage on that trip.

Spent the day at the Fort Worth yard waiting for hours to come back. Got a load from Garland to Cass Grande. Tight load: pickup at 1100 Tuesday. Deliver 1000 miles later the next day @1300. But hey, Imma professional.

If you ever get a chance, stop by Bad ### Burrito by the yard. Slammin food there

I feel ya. Im outside Abilene doing an 8/2 split for a 0530 in Terrell. So close on my 11 that I didnt want to chance traffic around dfw. Schedule was so tight that I had to ride the gov that past two days. Still posted 7.9 since the NM Iine.

Dropped 5200 series "trailer" at Utility in Fontucky, where the techs, another jct driver, and myself pointed and laughed at it while tossing out ideas about how to dispose of it. They said they had one trailer available which they pulled up front for me. It was a 5600 series, was disgusting inside, had a blown right rear wheel seal (grease all over the brakes), a torn off rear right abs sensor wire, a bald right rear outside tire with the tread seperating, and a brand new FLAT left rear inside tire. Reported it and came here to Colton where I hooked to a 7 series with two puncture holes in the side skin and door, and the abs wire cut cleanly off.

    Why?

That's the reason I'm planning on taking traffic's truck and trailer while he's at home. :biggrin_25525:
Eliminate getting a problem child that no one seams to have the time to get fixed.

    Trafficcontrolxl and Jarhed1964 Thank this.

I think some drivers just dont seem to realize that if you dont fix it, its going to effect not only everyone else, but them also. Yeah, it delays you. But it delays you more if you are in a hurry and pick up a bad trailer.....like Im doing now. Going to have to atop at a TA/Petro on the way to Seattle to have it reconnected and figure out why someone cut it to begin with.

I wasnt allowed to grab an R or I trailer from the yard, and this was the only one left.
