For me when I see a +/- in the negative I demand a high rate due to the fact that I am going to have to take a less desirable load out of there.... They know whether the area they're sending you into has a decent amount of freight out of it or not...

I sat for days in Cincinnati last week, midwest is crap now. On the other side brokers were fighting for trucks in Dallas today. I saw multiple loads which had "priced to move, make an offer" you could smell the desperation.

If you are going from a good market (Columbus OH) to a bad market (northeast ) then the rates are compensated to provide incentive for that direction. In the trucking industry the term Northeast Bull #### is very well understood which means no one would go to that area unless paid real well. The market according to DAT networks and other reporting agencies is from $3.90/mile to $6/mile depending where you going. But if the phone answerer says the rate is equal to the fuel+tolls only then there is some thing wrong. This guy cant be the actual representative of that Broker. For example I just got off the phone with BNSF Log. And says whopping $1100 (40k full load) for 500 miles on toll roads and hills no matter which way you either you end up driving more miles or you pay the tolls. I have learned to pay the toll is better at the end of the day. Because the gand behind the seen terrors will keep on answering that all loads are covered till the elite times for driving are left and by then booking the load for regular market rate for the load is not worth at all. There is allways apptment on both sides and a low lifer has to come to unload my truck with dark glasses (like this is some kind of ###### hookertown or some #### like that)
My people and friends know about that we have been harrassed since 2000. Our kids have been staged arrests and school got together and played the game right along with the behind the seen terror groups. My kid was arrested and held in the dark room at the police station at the age of 13, and at the end of the day they called me to pick him up. I noticed two Trash-in-black walking arround and the cheif asked me to accept that you guys are terroests and every thing will be ok. Later I found out the Eugine an Jone M. were not even supposed to be in this high school ( both were built and much stronger than my kid) the police said that they said they were threatend by him because thet snached his iPod. Any way John E. was the only public representative who questioned the situation, and later he got sick with flue like symptoms and did not come out of the hospital alive. Here a littel background about this load finding problem.

Here is another load offer obviously from the behind the seen tra*** who answers my phone calls. He says it picks up today by 6pm (time of negatiatins 11:00am) and delivery by 6:00PM sharp. the actual miles approx 400. which means 8hr with a full load. Pick up has never been less than 2.5hrs because a lowlifer with black grasses has to come from outside the company to load my trailer (I have seen even when every one is sitting around with thumbs up there *** , but they are not allowed to load my trailer the tra*** guy from out side has to load it)
So let say The turnpike is clean and can speed more than allowed and save some time it still does not make any sense, the directions have to planned out and rate conf has to be confirmed. And guess what he offered it for $800 on toll roads full load with elite times. What a tra*** hole

Here is really good one from CH Robin, Mikael say we run um for $1300 for 525 (45k beer lic required) all the time. Who picks up for the and how they survive. DAT shows index being about $70 higher than last year and same load was posted for weeks for $1500 no one touched it on (05142013). So they can say they run-um for $1300?
