    My Biggest Gripe with Taylor?
Is that they have some of the most rudest Truck Drivers I have ever seen...you say hello to one of them and they give you a Go to hell look..But yet, they're your best friend in the world when they are needing help...like when they lock themselves out of their truck or when they run out of a trip sheets or they needing a load youre on that has great miles and they are boo hooing when they are wanting to go home cause they "tired"!!!....(bunch of babies) still love you jerks though. :biggrin_25525:

But other than that? Rob Taylor himself, a Great Guy...George? Ive never met, but I heard he's really swell if you like seeing a man with two faces...:biggrin_255:

And my Driver Manager? Probably the best one Ive had so far...considering the girl is young and inexperienced as a driver manager she literally knows her stuff...

and if I wasn't married? I would definitely make her my third future ex-wife...:biggrin_25525:
In fact, she calls me more than my wife does now...I know its part of her job description but a guy can dream...right? o_O
Ive been with them 4 months now...and they literally will eat your clock on drive time..Ive ran so much that im beginning to see purple pink oompa loompa midgets dancing on my hood of my truck..that I keep thinking maybe I need to take a break and go home..
but I don't ask for home time like a lot of guys do..cause Ive got a wife that loves them paychecks that are $1200.00, $1500.00, $1800.00 a week...
I got a crappy one...a few days ago...It was about $588.00 but got a Fuel Bonus for a $1000.00 so I aint complaining....

Not telling anyone how to run their truck, nor will I'll ever...but if you wanna make it with a lease purchase with this company...you sure as heck can and pay off your truck fast if you wanted...and to think when I came in this company? I had no money on me...but now? My bills are 2 months ahead...my belly is full every day..
My wallet and bank account is piling for the first time ever...and no I was not a favorite when I walked into this company..I proved to them that I will work hard as a company driver...and work even harder as an owner operator now that I am...
and I don't claim to anyone that im the best Truck driver in the world and say it like the world owes me something...
I just appreciate That Rob Taylor and his family and those folks in that office actually gave me a decent job where someone wasn't trying to stab me in the back..

now it could've been different for some you guys out there when you worked for them...maybe they did try to burn you...
but Im saying in personal experience so far..Its Probably the best one I have seen that isn't going to screw you out of your money except you...they lay everything down on their expectations...and I do my best to live up to their minimal expectations and go out of my way when they ask me to do something.. and in return? I get paid back nicely...they don't try to badger me about my hours on taking a 34 anywhere or if I didn't put enough time on a certain on duty status..they literally know im gonna burn it all up on a Drive-line by now...I think they did say something once to me..and I told them to go ahead and fire me cause I need a break...but that was about 2 months ago...:biggrin_255:

Anyone that thinks Taylor Truck Line is a good company needs their head examined. They are the most criminal company I have ever seen. There is a reason DOT uses them as a personal bank account.

You got driver's at Taylor that's been with them for 15 to 20 years..and stay happy. And then you got the ones that complain about everything and bounce around from job to job..I got pulled over once and the dot gave me no tickets..they've got newer trucks now and better trailers now than previous..as I said before, sorry it didn't work out for you..all I know is that the people in this company are very kind to me..apart from some of the drivers who seem to be angry about everything cause they want to go home every weekend..or cry about being slightly over their logs cause they wasn't planned out on a perfect day..but every place I went to doesn't have perfect days..sorry. me and my driver manager gets along great..my planner is really good at getting me the miles to match my speed and fuel consumption..and safety doesn't give me that sheriff like jerk attitude like some other big companies do...if you want a perfect trucking company, good luck finding it..cause there just isn't one..if you find one let me know..all I know is that the good decent drivers here are appreciated here a lot.

Truckdrivermn is most likely on of Taylor's office thugs, 3 people reported the same thing, that of he's one of the slobs that likes driving a trashed out truck... Much like one of their idiot flatbed drivers that nearly took my hood off a few months ago in Walcott, ia

Actually I'm in dry van...doing their lease purchase. And if you call a kw t700 trashy..ok. I really don't care one way or another if you wanna come work here or not..I rather you do stay away..I get better freight that way..to be honest, find a different company..I don't want no one else here..But I gave my opinion on this place..and I like it here.

Lol, KW T700 is the worst truck on the road, period. The fact that you opted to do a lease says a lot. Then again, you haven't been driving very long so, like most, you'll find out the hard way.
