Been pulled twice for seat belt volition. First in Waco TX window down seat belt on but to loose. Texas trooper pulled me ever for improperly wearing my seat belt $150 fine. Last summer plain wrapper Indiana trooper pasted me and noticed no seat belt pulled me over that ticket was only $25. The law states seat belt must be used by all occupants. They are trained to look for it. Same goes with cell phone use. Grammer police 👮 can kiss my Azze

Yes - All the time. Not because of the law, but rather it is the smart thing to do for me and my situation. Others have to make the determination themselves, as long as they are willing to live with the ramifications of their actions. If they want to drive without one, more power to them. I have no right to dictate to others what they choose - it's called freedom.

That's funny. One of my favorite bars has seat belts on the bar stools...

I ignore the DUI laws in my car because I have zero respect for nanny state legislation. Were it not "law" to not drink and drive, I'd drink them in my truck as well because they do make good sense, but I'll be ###### if I'll have them forced down my throat.

    OR

I ignore the condom use in my bed because I have zero respect for nanny state legislation. Were it not "law" to wear them, I'd use them in my car as well because they do make good sense, but I'll be ###### if I'll have them forced down my throat. I don't need no stinking condoms!

What do you define as being shoved down your throat?

uggh. I don't want to see the phrase "forced down my throat" in the same paragraph you are discussing condoms.

Just be careful - you're a great poster, but you're going to get yourself banned. lol - jk

When I was a mountain climber I never wore a harness. I always tied into the rope with a noose around my neck, you know, because I hate the nanny state.

Nanny State - (Na Ni Stat) - a mythical government presence used to justify stupid.
