A Salute to All the Veterans out there on Memorial Day.

Never been in the military but have the utmost respect & admiration for all that served & still do

Veterans Day is November 11.

 

FYI..

Memorial Day is a federal holiday in the United States for remembering the men and women who died while serving in the country's armed forces.

 

Thank you, and don't forget the civilians that supported us in our time of need; especially the girls at the Seven Seas Club in Olongapo City, Philippines and the White Horse Club in Hong Kong. China.

Singapore wasn't too shabby either at showing their appreciation.

you sir are 100% correct but at any given time one of us could have been a name on a wall, therefore as we get so little appreciation its nice to take advantage of a thankyou once in a while. I thank god I am able to remember those around me that didnt make it. I dont need memorial day to say thanks. but its an oppotunity so enjoy it.

 

Federal crap. Each one of us knows where and when a brother sucked air.

Good thing the nation has Memorial day sales events, The masses know when to shop in may and what other better 3 day weekend to remember someone. buy 9 million foot HDTV
