Yes. You are in the same place today as you were back then. You have a license but do not know how to operate a commercial vehicle. Therefore you start at the bottom and work your way up like everyone else. All the starter companies will be available to you as all of them will make you go with a trainer until you know what you are doing. Good Luck to you.

Doesn't Schneider have a refresher course for stale licenses? I know one of the big companies did.

 

What did you study in college? It seems like everyone under 30 has a college degree now and is in no better shape than I was as a high school grad back in the 80's. The difference is that college professors now make half a million a year to hardly teach you anything of relevance.

 

J.B. Hunt is hiring ex military on some accounts with 0 experience. I think the government is giving them money to get veterans employed. Check them out.

 

That would be awful if it were true, but it is not. Most college professors thesedays are adjunct professors meaning that they are not tenured, are part-time and have no benefits.
