So as you all know I talked about the lane violation I got a little while back. Today in court we saw the majestry. The dot officer never showed up and I got a "not responsible" as a verdict. I wasn't present my attorney was. What exactly does this mean?

It means the ticket got throwen out completly. It's a not responsible in a civil case. Some of you guys need to lighten up and get laid. No once I get this paper work I take the fight to the csa and get that crap off my record.
