It's nice looking he bought it new had some health issues with the wife lost his insurance and it all went from there. Has a fridge a pu a 32 tv and a ps4 in it they took it with all of that in it.

$5-8K on a ball park $150K current year truck. That's a bit hard to believe. I could see auction starting around $30K maybe.

I don't see the issue being a cut throat. He lost the truck fair and square and it was repoed. Auction is open game. To be a true hearted friend,(from my prospective) if I won the auction, I would give the man his belongings back out of the truck free and clear. Hell I would go as far as (permitting the truck made enough to allow for such) donate some earnings to him to help him out through his difficult time in good faith.
