Broken equipment is common in the oldfield due to the harsh conditions but some companies just do not keep up with it and only fix what makes the truck stop moving. With the amount of money they make, they can keep the equipment up. If they don't, move on. And do not go to OKC to work for G-Style or E-Style if you don't want to get screwed. That is mp17ctl's company. I learned the hard way.

Really? Really? Grow up. Its not a mans world only anymore. It isnt 1914, its 2014. All that matters is if you can do the job. And most of the women I work around smoke the guys. I'd add on a dozen trucks if i could find any hard working women.27butterfly Thanks this. -

canadianredneck, it is okay, some people just never grow up no matter what you say. Thanks for the help in this matter, and just know that when this person gets old and cannot walk anymore it will more than likely be a women lifting their heavy butt up in and out of bed. Yeah, us women lift upwards to 350 pounds when you work in a nursing home like I did. I laugh to myself when someone thinks because I am a women that I cannot lift something( I appreciate all the help though).

To update, I did find a place to work driving a dump truck but he has not had any work for three weeks so I am going to suck up and go otr with Swift hopefully. FFE/KLLM was good to me and I wish I had just got over my fears of double clutching over grades because I was more worried about going backwards from not getting in gears to climb. Also FFE drills you on safety and what could happen, they kept showing us videos of crashes and trucks going off Donners Pass so they made me scared to do anything, I have calmed down since then lol. Thanks for all the information and help.
