The miles stay consistent as expected for a trucking company. Sometimes they run your butt off other times it is much more relaxed but the miles balance each other out. They will run you as hard as you want to go. As for hauling glass, sometimes we haul steel coils, tubing, equipment. Thats what's nice about the glass division, if there is no glass they will give you a regular flatbed load. But there is always glass. Starting pay for students only varies by division. Your first couple raises are already set for 3 and 6 months. Some people walk out for health issues others just feel it is not for them. Only lost a few from my class. As for the tattoos not sure. I think it is case to case but that is a good question for your recruiter.

 

It is true. Pre-planned raises. Plus the performance pay, up to 6 cents per mile. I started in January and next week I will be making .50 a mile and at the end of July when I hit six months I will be making .54. Sounded too good to be true but this company rocks.
