As far as your student getting you killed. Since Ive been training My truck has been hit more times by other experienced drivers in parking lots and docks than my students have hit things.

Yeah I know it probably isn't bad at all. Just something I am sure after the first couple students and some experience would go away.

If you are tall they generally cut you some slack, if you are fat not so much. Know what I mean?

They want you to stay out 3 weeks at a time and u get 3 days but they work with you if u need a lil more off. But they have a mileage guarantee of 2200 miles as long as u were available to drive the whole week but I was averaging 2800 a week

From everyone I've talked to....the woman who does the duck walk at the Shippensburg terminal is the strictest on the duck walk. Markham doesn't do it.

So I was pretty unlucky. After the holiday weekend they had no new truck deliveries and all of the new trucks except two had been given away. They were keeping those for any teams. So I ended up getting a 2012 Freightliner with the cummins engine. It's in great shape though no scrapes or anything missing. Has 359k miles so they said I probably wouldn't have it long...it used to be an old trainers truck. Hopefully no mechanical problems will occur. They had to replace my fifth wheel when I wrote it up for not hooking up and just installed my inverter. Wish me the best :)

flood and Wild Murphy Thank this.
