This company was a bait and switch, everything that the recruiter said did not happen EXCEPT .45 cpm but there is no miles. They react to loads available not preplan anything. They had me leave at midnight to drive to houston to deliver at 4am and then want me to take my 8hr break during that time and go load at 3pm and then deliver that load back in Dallas or Fort Worth by 5am the next day. So I had less than 800 miles for one week! I sat more hours in a truck stop than driving. 250 mile runs do not pay bills. The owner was too arrogant to meet his new employees when in town. Also the weekend dispatch made a mistake about a load and contantly called me and harrased me from 2am to 5am for a delivery that did not deliver tell the next day. I asked for OTR, not local or regional. I sat at a port watching them unload chiquita, they are in it from brand recognition not the money. The only employees in Fort Worth have all less than 3 months except 2. They run all night all hours, no schedule so you better be able to sleep at a moments notice and not be late on a load. They love walmart too. I am done with Reefer and Ohio crooks! All the drivers i spoke with were not happy. It may be a Texas thing. I learned a hard lesson. I left my previous employer for a douche bag company. Thats not how I roll. I am back on my feet with another company thats not reefer. I feel bad for leaving a better company for a horrible one, that cost me 2k in traveling expenses tell i found the new one.

I've been with them since 2012 and have to say that they have done what they promised in orientation. Pay, benefits and home time are good and in this industry that is about as good as it gets!

Pay is at .47, I am home every two weeks but that is by choice, some of our guys are home every W/E. Equipment is nice and well maintained.
    Hope this helps.
