I have to say that the Dutch have been very dignified throughout this, and the arrival of the bodies is no exception. While it won't bring anyone back, the way in which each body is being removed from the plane to the waiting hearse is respectful and silent, and I hope will bring some comfort to the families whose relatives have now at least been brought back onto Dutch soil. I hope this will start to bring some closure for them.
There is a national day of mourning in Nederlands today, even the windmills have been stopped from turning as a sign of respect.

I watched it.It was sad yet a beautiful ceremony.Ive been glued to CNN.Every snce this happened.I find CNN has the better and most coverage.Alot of the families of the deceased have been interviewed mostly talking about their loved ones.Very touching listening to them yet very sad.

I flew from Europe to the US the day before this happened, and find this all just too close to home. I have friends in Donetsk, who are trying to know what to do next in their troubled city, and I know Hilversum and just can't begin to imagine how this little town is struggling with the loss of its families.

Seeing the flags of each victim's country lined up alongside the plane was very moving. There were ten victims I believe from my country, and seeing our flag there in Eindhoven was a reminder that so many families across the globe are affected.

This is very similar to 911.Its hard thinking what they're going thru.Had this been my loved one who got shot down,I don't think I could ever heal.

I think whoever made the order and whoever pushed the button will never be brought to justice. It may be months before all the bodies will be found and identified.
