It's still under construction? Are they doing sewer work or just resurfacing it?

My gps says Pulaski as Pulass-sky

Yeah that,s been closed a lot lately. Say you have to get into 59th st csx, you can,t take I-94 to 47th st or I-94 to 63rd to western ave , because those streets where closed also. I have a Low viaduct map of Chicago, the trucker gps wigs out, I have it plugged in for a goof. IT tells ya to turn right down an alley a lot.

If you need to get to CSX on 59th, just take I-94 west to 59th st exit (or I-94 east to Garfield St exit then follow the frontage to 59th St) and follow it west to the ramp. It's a good road, just not smooth.

63rd is still closed between Damen and Western for westbound as of this morning. Good thing I wss bobtailed. The detour takes you north on Damen (a No Truck route) to 59th west to Western.

Yes, a five ton limit I think.

But they are probably letting trucks use it. Better than turning around in that intersection.

And 63rd is Englewood. Not a neighborhood to be dawdling in!

Nope. Load from Joliet to Willow Springs. Willow to Portage IN yard. Another load from Portage to Union Pacific rail yard in Joliet, but the Refr had two alarms. So I checked it into the shop.

My white Mid roof Volvo has a Blackhawks rear license plate.

Good news, of sorts. 47th St is open between Western and Kedzie. At least it was Sunday when I bobtailed from NS 47th to BNSF Corwith on Kedzie. However, I wouldn't recommend going down it. It is heavily congested with construction barrels and half of the eastbound side is all tore up causing the eastbound traffic to crowd into the westbound lanes making it more narrow than it needs to be.

    Pmracing Thanks this.
