In the end its still a truck and asorbing all those potholes and bad roads.

yes but you can totally tell the difference in interiors , I think its a really good looking truck but unsure about the interior. I think the interiors of the FLD and the classic hold up a lot better and theyre all Freightliners. I had a Century and once it broke down sold it just because of the interior quality.

Newer freightliners have insulation that absorbs noise and temperature. I usually put some gasket like thing for doors to reduce noise when me and dad had 2000 century.

RUSS I had the same year Century , thing looked good from the outside , really light truck great visibility good milage out of the Detroit my problem was the cheap interior. I would consider a Coronado, I think its a good looking truck just from looking at pics on Truckpaper interior looks identical to the Century.
Im sure you can tell the difference between interiors in the t600 and and Cent. -
Im now used to my t600. If I get into a freightliner, it's hard to get used to it. The 2000 century we had, we bought with burned interior. So had our customized interior and filled insulation in.

The Coronado sleeper interior is pretty much the same as Century/Columbia. It might be a little fancier, but most parts are basically the same, just style changes. The only FL with totally different interior seems to be the Cascadia. They're built better, tighter and quieter, but not sure how they'll hold up over a decade. You can replace a lot of the older interiors but it's costly, I know from experience. Just the overhead storage piece alone (with the glove boxes and dome lights) is around $400, and another $100 to update to the new lights for my 2001. I am actually considering pulling my wore out plastic cabinets and building some out of wood.
281ric Thanks this. -
