    Hi,
I applied to attend MTI Burleson today and have a few questions.
Summers in Texas are supposed to be brutal. How is the AC situation? Are 8 to 10 hour days in the heat a requirement and if so is attending in the summer just a bad idea for someone not accustomed to it?
Do all the trucks have generators or just certain ones?
Is $800/week regional still being offered?
What are the dress code restrictions... hair length, jewelry, backwards hats, ect?

    Thanks

Noob question, but what exactly does that mean governed at 62mph? A new driver's speed can never exceed 62? Or must average 62mph at most?

O yes it does. . Down hill.. but then your camera will sense a critical event and send a clip to safety.

The truck will only sense a speed related critical event if it exceeds 72 MPH not 62 regardless of where its governed

Here are a few questions which I have yet to see on the Millis forum: When applying with Millis, do you need to send or attach a resume along with the application or just send the online application ? Under driving history on the application they ask about accidents involved,# of preventables and # of roll overs..am I correct to assume you only fill this section out if your a current or past cdl holder? How much is their vacation pay?

You do not need to attach or send in a resume, however, they will want to confirm your last five years of employment. You can drastically speed up this process by simply faxing your last five years of tax documents to them.

On driving history ALL ACCIDENTS AND TICKETS MUST BE REPORTED regardless of the type of vehicle. Failing to report an accident or ticket will be grounds for them denying your application. That is with ANY carrier. Not just Millis.

Vacation pay is determined by your average miles previous to taking vacation.

    cincypapaw Thanks this.
