Any one have any info on this crude hauler from Midland,TX area?
Competitive Pay (.40 per ml x2, plus .23 cents per barrel once you are in your own truck; increases to .24 per barrel after 60 days)
    How does this pay work?

I have issues with Alan Ritchey not paying me.

Worked for Alan Ritchey for just under a year with them constantly making mistakes on my paycheck.
Every time the back pay got over $4,000, I'd use my day off to go set them straight and get y check fixed.
Then the diverted load mileage started adding up while they kept promising to pay me.

After 3 months and some serious accrued back pay, they decided they were not going to pay me.

I gave them a few more weeks to lay off the diverted unpaid loads and finally started delivering to the scheduled BOL <Bill of Laden> destination.
They suspended me for 3 days and threatened termination if I did not drive a good part of my day for free.

I moved on with my career and took them to the government regulators. For the 2401 unpaid diverted miles, and thousands more in unpaid safety bonuses and earned personal days properly used.

I can be patient to collect my money but when the lead drivers and supervisors look me in the eye and smile when they demand that I drive for free, it crosses the line drawn in the Civil War!!!!! To any that doubt the details, I'll gladly email copies of the paperwork!
