    Can anybody tell me their thoughts on either of these two companies? Pay? How drivers are treated? Time off? You know just a general overview.

    N&M should be a decent paying job (LTL) and Lycon is construction and have plants all over the state. The one thing with them is find out if it's seasonal. I would think it would be with the nature of their business. I didn't know either took graduates especially N&M. I think there's a guy on here that works for N&M.

    Yea they take student drivers from Fox Valley Technical College. And yes Lycon has a voluntary lay off in January. Thanks for your response though. I've been exploring many options, but i think i'm leaning towards Crete.
