    That is correct. I've never had any other type of trucking job that I enjoyed more, or one that was a better fit for me.

    What's wrong with Oakley in Lake Wales, or Florida Foods in Lake Wales? I don't think Florida Foods does OTR though. Oakley has apu and detention pay.

    Oakley hauls a lot of hazmat. As I said in an earlier post, I don't want to haul hazmat. There are other reasons for giving Oakley a pass, but that's the biggest one.

    Florida Foods does hazmat as they mention it on their website in the requirements that drivers need to possess a Class A drivers License w/ hazmat and tanker endorsements.

    You don't have to have hazmat for Florida Food Tankers.They don't haul that much of it.

    My hazmat comment was about Oakley. If I should ever want to go local florida foods will be one of the first companies I contact.

    Should you ever decide on Florida Food Tankers (FFT) make sure it is during the busy time of year. Was there Nov of 2013 grossed 1200 in give weeks. Other than that decent place to work. When they have the freight its good. If you live close enough to them they have a fleet of day cabs where the drivers are home everyday. You have to slip seat though, payed by the hour.
