Hey PB, how does this work for the OT, on say a 21 day cycle?

    "After 10 HRS/DAY - 50 HRS/WEEK"

ie. first four days of 12 hours = 48 hours - no OT. Fifth day of 12 hours, is 60 hours, (only 10 after the 50 hour mark?) - No OT
6th day to the 21st day (on 12 hour shifts) equals to 2 hours OT each day?

    Thanks

I had the paystubs but no copy of the submissions for pay, as a takeover company changed the driver pay forms from a carbon style to a single page with no copier available + refusal from admin to make a copy for the drivers. Paystubs didn't make any sense with logs anyway as there were no trailer numbers on them and the dates on the miles didn't match the date the work was done. Things came through without notice in writing (Paycut with no notice, company 14 day expiration rule on missing pay, changed benefits price: high/no opting out, bi-weekly to semi-monthly renumeration sched change, refusal to pay work that wasn't punched into the truck computer, changing what was paid vs. what wasn't but no contract to reference, you name it)
Alberta work culture frowns upon things like WCB claims and unions (which is what it is) and people who use third parties to intermediate/claim with their employer usually don't stay employed long. Labour laws are the same.
