what kind of force is being used ?

 

I know as a company driver, you either sign up for per diem, or don't work there

 

But is that "force"?

 

Depends on if he wants what he came for ....a job or just asking about a job maybe .....id say forced

 

not sayin they are any good, sounds like NOT ! but I do see alot of marten trucks runnin thru temple tx. so I guess they have some business.

 

It might be the processing fee for the forced per diem.

 

They call it a 'administrative fee.

 

you would have to ask one of their drivers, being as big as they are I am sure they sign a contract or at least saying that they agreed to it. But making me wonder, why anybody would want to work for a place like that?
