Disgusting!!! LOVE's in Comfort, TX

It's almost nonexistent. My Ex was Dir of HR for a large corporation here in CT and you wouldn't believe what the new hires would ask.....They'd ask for a raise before their first day at work. (how about you EARN it first, hmmm?) then they'd ask for 6k in relocation funds. "Umm, you live one town away from the office." The sense of entitlement and lack of work ethic is rampant in this country. Everyone wants "it" NOW, but they don't want to work for it. Sad really.

 

For being a woman you're very disgusting.

 

Maybe it was a low flow toliet, I am a very clean person, but after umpteen flushes, yes, even I give up.

 

I complained about the Pilot in Van Horn TX, and had four people call me within two days....Did not do any good it's still a hole.

 

the fuel cashier really doesn't want to clean the showers....and it shows at most love's

 

Heck when you can't even get them to keep the coffee made and they act like its "wow, it's out" attitude, you know bathrooms are not a top priority. Of course the coffee deal goes on all over too. Hubby doesn't like Love's coffee that much luckily.

 

Hi NW, got that right, the cashier just wants to push the buttons, and go home. We have to remember, this a " truck stop" we're talking about, it's not the downtown Hilton. Truck stops, as long as I can remember, have been the butt of many jokes, and the low of the low, in our society. If I may quote Obi-Wan Kenobi from Star Wars, " Mos Eisley Spaceport. You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. We must be cautious". George Lucas, I heard, patterned Mos Eisley Spaceport after a "76" truck stop he visited when he was a younger.

 

You're doing it wrong. You're supposed to shower in the little area with the sprayer and water handles. The toilet is for another purpose entirely.

 

And that mentality has spread like a virus to the trucking industry, as a lot of today's drivers are a bunch of self-centered, entitlement minded crybabies that refuse to clean up after themselves.

Anymore, if I get a sparlky clean shower, I almost consider it a bonus. So many truck stop employees don't care. Customer service is a lost art in many places.
