Correct....but you are going to have that with any company. I ran dairyland for a while and I did over 2000 a week while others only got 1600-1700. Roehl is great if you keep them doing what you want. So it comes down to what you make of it.

Actually no, I never did work for Roehl. Actually when I first started driving I was looking into going with Roehl first, but the recruiter was dragging her feet and wouldn't give the final ok to hire me in a timely manner. I got tired of waiting so I contacted schneider and they were way more proactive during the hiring process. Of course, after I committed to schneider then the Roehl recruiter offered a position a few days later lol. Glad I went to schneider though.

In regards to popping in this thread, I happened to be poking around and thought I'd comment since someone was leaving trucking to go into accounting, while I did the exact opposite lol

Now I see why you commented on the thread and it doesn't matter at all to me whether you drove for Roehl or not either. I do quite a bit of following on different post here. It sounds like you're doing well over there and are content and that's what matters.

The novelty of a ungoverned truck has definatly wore off. Passing is fun but #### all day is annoying. Going with the flow much more relaxing. But I can tell you going across north dakota much nicer when you can do the posted speed.

Still loving my new job. Cant wait till my boss gets the motor rebuilt in his old truck so i can get that truck. Than he can sell this pos prostar.
