I have had some attitudes with company drivers over from the load i have to SNI giving me a brand new truck. Are they any other IC's getting the same thing or some vibes that company are hating.tom left a board message that IC's lead with complaints and my co-driver got a complaint called in on her but feels it was a company driver. i heard some of these company drivers talk and they feel like all of these new drivers well IC's are giving the company a black eye.I feel different if anything it's saving the company money plus moving freight.

Gossip, hurt feelings....Forum rules give me pause here. Just do your job and you have nothing to worry about. Schneider knows they get calls from current/ex disgruntled employees calling in complaints.

Puppage Thanks this. -
They're just jealous that they're forced to run 60 when IC's are blowing them out of the water. Screw them. I choose to run 62 for fuel economy reasons but if it's a tight schedule I'll run faster. Had one driver headed down to Laredo when I was a company driver that wouldn't let me pass him on us 59 in Texas when I was running overspeed. He was cruising at 59, then when the passing lane came he floored it to 64 to prevent me from passing him. He did this for 100 miles until I finally got by him. Then at the oc he was talking crap about me not even realizing I was sitting right there listening to it all silently lol

No vibes like that for me, but there is always complainers in every bunch. Screw em if they do.

Stevep1977 you stayed behind him for 100 miles and you could've passed him? If it was me I'd of passed him and then slowed his slow but down once traffic was next to him and then I'd of drove away.

but I'm a nice guy so naw I would never do that

Then by the time I caught up to him again it was two lanes and I wasn't going to try and pass him when I was heavy. When a passing lane came (once every 15-20 miles approx) I went to pass him and he intentionally floored it to prevent me from passing. We were both side by side maxed out at 64 basically playing chicken up to the merge back to one lane. I let off and got back behind him and he resumed his 59-60 again. He did that again at the next passing lane. He finally just let me by the next time. Overall, yeah, it was a 100 mile or so ordeal. Guy had his 10 year of service and million mile sticker and everything trying to show me -
Didn't know ICs had a problem with us lowly company drivers....guess they gotta feel superior over someone...smh
