Flatbed in Eastern NC area?

    Recently I drove a flatbed for with a buddy of mine and really enjoyed it, (but man is this guy a pack rat)! I was taking a look at at flatbed carriers in the Eastern North Carolina area and have come up with only a few. Who else drives Flatbeds in this area? I know Averitt and Maverick do and so does Western Express( and no Im not thinking about Western Express), but who else does??

    Id go with the smaller companies in eastern NC…….One that comes to mind is in goldsboro…its called EIS i think

    Well Yeah I know that... There are alot of companies that are OTR but not alot that hire directly for my area of Eastern NC.. Case in point.. I live outside of Mavericks hiring area by 50 miles (cant get hired, so they tell me), Averitt doesnt have opening for flatbed in my area, closest is Asheville or Lexington which are a few hours away ( so again I cant get hired, hell I cant even apply online), So what I want to know is what companies either Regional, OTR or local Hire in the Greenville, NC area?

    EIS i believe is regional…. since you live in kinda a direct area…..best thing is to find a company that is in the area…..

    Try Howard Transportation out of Ellisville Mississippi as they do hire in Eastern Carolina and have an office in Kenly NC. Dorothy Ivey is the contact. I was with them for a short while, but flatbed was not my cup of tea. Still is a good small company. You can google their phone number. Good luck.

    Look up Triple T I believe, I think they're in Greenville. Also trying F.L. Moore & Sons out of Concord, VA. They might hire you since they run down that way alot

    Bulldog hiway express out of charleston, sc good company run 95 corridor and east of 35 with occasional left coast and canada but both of those are optional.
