    Also, whenever in an accident DO NOT talk to anyone except your insurance company. Some times the other company will call you. Do not talk to them!

    No that guy was in a company pickup and one of his co workers was in another vehicle their also.

    My question would be... What the hell were you doing so close that you could roll into the vehicle in front of you?

    There has to be a paper trail for anything to show up on your company safety rating. No police report no problem. The only issue that I see is that anything over something like $250 in damage is supposed to be reported to law enforcement.
