You would have to manually go into the files and delete out some user files. They will rebuild once the new user starts to use it.

The Dock will not reset back to factory.

Warranty, LTM will not pass on to the new user.

If you do sell it, just PM me your Name and the serial number of the 520 and I can have them delete your information out of the TND DB.

    Thanks,
    Mark

PM me. I might have to look at it physically. Yours is an odd case.

    Thanks,

Are the bridges marked 12'6" physically? If so NYC has two classes of signage. One for true height and one for snow height. Usually the bridge is 13'6" and is marked 12'6". RM has to go by what is reported by NY DOT.

    Thanks,
    mark

This has been a HOT topic for awhile. All I can say is call RM and let them know your concerns.

    Thanks,

Low Clearance is from the POI-Factory. It was installed via RM as a basic file.

I will look at the Rest area's.

As far as the next update, I have not been told yet when they will be released.

    Thanks,
    Mark

These particular instances were not marked at all, most were the overarching buildings that are built over the interstate.

I am familiar with the snow height debacle & on all those that are snow height I have seen so far, they are marked on a white sign whereas the 'actual' height signs are marked on yellow like most other states.
The low warnings I encountered on 678 were not marked with either that I could see.

Well if you can believe it I finally ran across some viaducts. Working out in the western suburbs of Chicago there are viaducts but they are spread out. Anyway I snapped a screenshot and as you can see it gives warnings on your route. It also gives you a warning when no route is set and your just using it in map mode. 3 types of warnings. There is a visual icon on the map (I used a red dot). There is a warning on the bottom of the screen just like all other alerts and there is a verbal speech warning as well. Just some FYI I suggest you rename the files shorten the name to just the number height. I just uploaded all the POI's with their original names "ROUTE-1 (USA) 13' 6 HEIGHT LIMIT" When the verbal warning is spoken it reads the full file name and that is not needed. Not to mention it pronounces USA as "U-sa" LOL. When I get around to it I will rename all the POI's like this one will be "13' 6 HEIGHT LIMIT".

How it works is there is a POI file for each inch of height. 12 files for each foot. From down to 11 feet (i think) up to over 15 feet. You can install all of them and be alerted to every viaduct or just the ones that you need to watch out for. Say if you have a 13' trailer you might install every file up to 13'0" or I would go couple inches higher just to be safe. There is really no need for you to get alerts for higher ones. This is good if you have the same trailer everyday.

Just a reminder that this is not from POI factory. Not free either. I bought the lifetime free update subscription from http://www.lowclearances.com/ Works with most GPS brands.

I realize that the TND's route you around any low viaducts but I just like seeing the numbers on the screen. Keeps me alert and aware of my surroundings.
