got pulled over by a road block to scale. after they weighed my steers, they told me to roll on. I think my open load on a flat & my wt on my steers told them I was good to go. had 22,000 lbs on the deck, but when I was going into the steel mill I saw a open flat being weighed & watched the d.o.t. direct the driver back and forth as to get on the scales, weighed every axle, even though he was EMPTY!

I got I once got the red light on several scales until finally I got pulled around back for a level I. Cop told me that for some reason the PrePass was telling them I was a must inspect. That they must have been the first scale I hit that had someone who was ready to inspect me. I don't know if he was ful of s--t or not, but after that I got mostly greens as normal.
