OK.....i tried to actually watch it.....but alas I failed....but considering the BP Supervisor was extremely professional &courteous to start w/and was subjected to that sorry excuse for music....im surprised he didn't just label him an enemy combatant and just shoot him :)

Well that was a stupid vs. stupid contest.
Beta driver should have known not to challenge the imperial trooper.

I had US Customs sweat me coming back from Canada with tractor parts for John Deer in Iowa. I agree some questioning is appropriate, but not when an agent is deliberately trying to trick you or get you to nerve out. The guy kept asking me what's at my destination. I answered that I assumed it was an assembly plant. Really, if you have a suspicion about my cargo or I, just x-ray and sniff the truck. There's no need to hound the driver.

Border Patrol checkpoint coming up from Laredo and El Paso aren't even that exciting. One or two questions. That's it. I have only been asked for my BOL once.

I am not saying this in defense of the driver in the video. He was way out of line. Plus, what a waste of time. Answer questions for a few minutes and go about your day.

Read your prior post....... You're either easily confused or just oblivious to what you post. I'm guessing both.

No Border Patrol can search the trucks without a warrant due to the amount of drugs and illegals if they suspect something coming across the Border. The driver's attuide plays a major role on getting search. Remember when driving a CMV you DO NOT have any rights.

The Border Patrol Supv was very professional, he didnt lose control, he explained and repeated himself many times.

this driver reminds me to say no to drugs...the mind is a terrible thing to waste!!!
