What do truck driver recruiters earn.. salary and per driver they get to come over?

    To answer the original question, a quick look on Glassdoor.com shows that recruiters for non-executive positions in general earn somewhere between $35,000 and $45,000/year on average. This is across a wide variety of industries. I wasn't able to find anything specific to trucking, but typically in the business world similar jobs between companies pay similar amounts. For trucking, I would expect the same plus possibly some specific incentives for meeting certain goals (number of seats filled, retention of drivers recruited, etc).

    3 companies in my career, never had a recruiter lie to me but that's me. I bet they don't make near what people think they do.
