id pick the coastal or the southeastern deal. both seem like decent gigs based on the info you provided for many reasons. you ever check out some of the obscure locations some DG's are? trucking can be stressful enough when your new, why add to it for peanuts? jmo...

Camera's are coming for most companies; it protects the driver and company in case of an accident. People always blame the truck driver in an accident, but the camera shows the truth.

Coastal Transport will lead to an excellent future of good paychecks. Once you get a couple years tanker/hazmat experience it's easy to move into the $60K - $80K - $100K jobs. I know a driver that posts on here making over $100K hauling chemicals. Won't mention who because he may want it kept private.

Normally, I agree with most of your post. The camera is put in the truck to protect the company. The Mega carriers could care less about protecting drivers. CYA is the rule of the day. It is up to the driver to cover his or hers own butt.

10-4 That's why I (and many more of us) run a camera of my own.

I would not take the Werner DG account.Like king said there's awhole lot of backing its tight and many of the roads you back from are narrow with ditches. You deliver to stores and many of those stores have small parking lots. While in training try and get as much backing in as you can.

An outward facing camera is fine, I put my own dash can in the truck... My issue is with the inward facing ones.
