On the company side its 3 weeks out at a stretch, maximum of 4 days at home not including your arrival and departure days. You accrew a home day for each week you're out. Most FMs will allow you to bend the rules a bit from time to time. You also earn 5 days of paid vacation for every 125,000 dispatched miles... the ticker on that starts on the first load you run after becoming solo qualified.

If you're coming in for the PSD program, be prepared to do your PSD (getting your license) and possibly your TNT (training after receiving your cdl) in the Reefer division. The tanker division does not have a lot of TNT trainers, and has even fewer PSD instructors.
