Just in case you think I am pulling your chain.
Don't have to take a sleep study to be a cop though.stabob Thanks this. -
How are they asking you to run outlaw considering they are on electronic logs?

I agree although I learned yrs ago nothing surprises me that I wasn't aware of once I get to orientation.Which is why if I go drive for a company its going to be my own research and its going to be a company I truly want to drive for not by some impressive recruiter or website.

Marten will never and has never promised anyone 3,000 miles a week. Yes its true if you leave within 6 months the expenses marten spent to get you to orientation are recovered. Marten pays for the sleep apnea test and cost of the machine...IT DOES NOT COME OUT OF THE DRIVERS PAYCHECK! Glucose test is done with any physical thats why they dip your urine to see what the sugar content is in your urine. No one ever at Marten will require you to run outlaw as we have electronic logs and if you were told to run outlaw you should of got the name of the person who told you so and had it sent on the qualcomm. I believe OP is telling more lies since ive been at marten over 4.5 years and was never asked to do anything illegal.

people assumimg that make me assume they are ill informed or worse
it is every persons responsibility to be responsible for their own lot in life -

This is not law yet. (doesn't any one read the industry news?) or they must believe everything the read here with out looking into it.
If it is show us in the FMCSA Rule book.
The big companies are trying to be proactive by starting their own testing programs.

Yes I was told 3k miles per week and they try to force you to run without hours and then edit your logs
