Best advice I can give you is stay away from Quailty Equipment Lease aka Celadon. The trucks they offer are not properly inspected and they promise you the world till you break down and they leave you out in the cold with the repair bill. Then once you tell them you cant pay to have it fixed they just repo the truck, half ##### fix it then lease it out to someone else. Take my advice stay as far away from them as possible.
SheepDog Thanks this. -
Eagle logistics has a new lease purchase program the there parent company is celadonvout of indianapolis. 75% gross 65%for late delivery they have lease trucks available 500-800 covers tags insurance truck everything and you pay for fuel and repairs. And you can use there authority to book freight. Not saying its a good deal. I dont lease on to them so do ur due diligence first. But i dont know any companies who let you lease there truck and book your own freight off of load boards or whoever. Roadrunner use to have similar with therr 90-10 deal but as you can imagine people prolly werent movi ng enough of there freight so they stopped it. I think schnider is kinda close but you can only work there customers.

I understand Not everyone can put their shoes on the way I did......But its the Right way to do it..
I mean Folks Really...If these mega-carriers are Advertising for you to be an owner-operator,That right there should throw up a red flag, because more times than not, Its to benefit THEM not you
And let me offer some more good advice too for the folks wanting to be owner-ops........if Your only 'HOPE' is owning a truck without any regard for a large Financial goal...Don't even Do it...Way too many guys getting in here makin just enough to cover their Bills and that's it, Makes the rest of us Look bad that want a large financial Gain annually
